The family members and friends will be observing the COVID-19 Health Rules (Face Masks “Over Both Mouth and Nose” and Social Distancing may be required).

The Britt Funeral Home and Cremation Service join with the Bryant Family to announce the passing of Mrs. Geraldine Williams Bryant, of Wilson, North Carolina.  She was lovingly known by her family members and friends as “Shorty Rock, Dino, Mama, Grandma and Sister Bryant.” 

Mrs. Geraldine Williams Bryant age 89, transitioned from labor to reward on Tuesday, July 1, 2025, in Wilson Medical Center in Wilson, North Carolina.

A public viewing will be conducted on Saturday, July 12, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. to 12:50 p.m. in Wilson Chapel Freewill Baptist Church, 513 East Barnes Street, Wilson, North Carolina.

A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, July 12, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. in Wilson Chapel Freewill Baptist Church, 513 East Barnes Street, Wilson, North Carolina.  Bishop Robert L. Gorham, Pastor will officiate. 

Interment will follow the celebration of life service in the Rest Haven Cemetery, 1705 Bishop L.N. Forbes Street, SE, Wilson, North Carolina. 

On Saturday, July 12, 2025, the family members and friends will assemble at the residence of Mr. and Mrs. Wallace Bryant, 524 Forrest Road, West, Wilson, North Carolina at 10:50 a.m. in preparation for the funeral procession.
