Mr. Lafayette Kittrell, Jr., age 63, of La Grange, North Carolina, passed on Saturday, April 19, 2025, at ECU Health Medical Center in Greenville, North Carolina.

 In profound sorrow, Britt Funeral Home and Cremation Service join with the Carraway, Pettus, Best and Kittrell families to announce Mr. Lafayette Kittrell, Jr., age 63, of La Grange, North Carolina has completed his earthly journey. 

He was lovingly known by his family members and friends as “Junior or L.K.”.

A public visitation will be held Saturday, April 26, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., in Britt Funeral Home Memorial Chapel, 414 East Washington Street, La Grange, North Carolina 28551.    

A Celebration of Life Service will be held Sunday, April 27, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., in Bear Creek Missionary Baptist Association Headquarters, 1800 South Slocumb Street, Goldsboro, North Carolina 27530.  

Interment will follow the Celebration of Life Service in Fairview Memorial Park Cemetery, 295 West James Street, La Grange, North Carolina 28551.
